Brings in more than 15 years of experience in trade facilitation and management of transport corridors. The former President of the Union of African Shippers’ Council (UASC) and Director General of the -OGEFREM, a Multi-Modal Freight Management Office, a Public Organization, managing policies on all incoming and outgoing goods in from DR Congo.
Mr Tambwe is a specialist in Transit Transport and Trade Facilitation as well as expert in access
corridors matters. Mr Sayiba previously worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Director of
Communications for Central Corridor Transit Transport Agency (CCTTFA).
He holds a Higher Level Diploma in Transport Economics; and Master degree in Internal &
International Public Law. He is also a member of the SITRASS network (International
Solidarity on Transport and Research in Sub-Saharan Africa).
